Photographs show the farm as it genuinely is, but seasons change what you see: the valley is green after the monsoon and dry in April, the lawns and flowering are at their best at particular times of year, and light varies. Room images are representative of the room type rather than a specific room — layout and furnishing can differ slightly between rooms of the same category.

Rates, package inclusions and menus are published as accurately as we can and may change. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed on your booking, not a figure cached in your browser or quoted in an old search result. Availability shown on the site is live at the time of the query and can be taken by another guest before you complete a booking.

The farm is a working outdoor property in the Sahyadri hills. The adventure activities, the swimming pool, the rain dance and the bonfire carry inherent risk, and this website’s descriptions of them are not an assurance of safety in any individual case.

Journey times we quote — roughly 2.5 to 3 hours from Mumbai or Pune — are typical, not guaranteed. Traffic, roadworks and monsoon conditions on the ghat sections change them considerably. Maps and directions on this site are provided for convenience; please follow live navigation and current road conditions, and drive to the weather.
