There is a private hall for the sessions that need four walls and a projector, wide lawns for everything that does not, and an adventure park waiting the moment the last slide is done. Rooms on site mean nobody is driving back to the city at midnight.

The farm has its own discotech, so the night does not have to end when dinner does. Move it outside and the lawn becomes the floor, with the bonfire lit and the valley for a backdrop. Sound and lights are arranged for the evening rather than borrowed from somewhere else.
