Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses this website, whether or not you have an account, and to anything you submit through it — a booking, an enquiry, a name or a special-requests note. Conduct while you are physically at the farm is covered by our Community Guidelines.

Browse the farm, check availability, make and manage bookings, and get in touch. That is the whole intended purpose, and essentially every visitor stays comfortably inside it.

• Booking under a false name, or on a payment instrument you are not authorised to use.
• Making bookings you have no intention of honouring, or repeatedly reserving and cancelling in a way that blocks other guests from real availability.
• Attempting to access another guest’s booking, account or personal data, or any part of the admin system.
• Probing, scanning or attacking the site or its infrastructure — including attempts to bypass authentication, inject code or overwhelm the service with automated traffic.
• Scraping the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, or harvesting contact details from it.
• Submitting anything unlawful, threatening, abusive or deliberately misleading through our forms, or using them to send unsolicited marketing.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, or using the site to distribute it.
• Copying substantial parts of our photography or written content for commercial use without permission.
• Misrepresenting yourself as connected to Arnav Harmony Farm, or impersonating our staff.

Genuine, good-faith security testing is welcome and is handled separately: see our Responsible Disclosure page for what is in scope and how to report a finding. Follow that process and we will not treat your testing as a breach of this policy.

Keep your password to yourself and use one you have not reused elsewhere. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, except where the fault is ours.

Depending on what has happened, we may remove content, suspend or close an account, cancel affected bookings, block access to the site, and where the conduct is criminal, report it to the police and cooperate with them.

We try to be proportionate. An honest mistake, a duplicate booking or a form filled in wrongly is not a breach of this policy — it is just a thing to sort out, and a phone call usually does it.
